Annexure I is the official stock register sheet for answer books used at an examination centre. It records the receipt and consumption of answer books during examination activity, headed with the college details, stream, and the names of the responsible officers.
The answer books stock register accounts for the answer booklets issued, used, and returned at the examination centre. It ensures every answer book is tracked and reconciled, forming part of the examination's confidential material accountability.
The stream type determines which examination stream the register applies to. Select GENERAL for general academic (intermediate) courses and VOCATIONAL for vocational courses. The generated sheet is formatted for the chosen stream.
The Superintendent Officer and Departmental Officer names you enter are printed directly in the header section of the generated PDF. These are the officers responsible for the answer book stock at the centre. The names are converted to uppercase to match the official format.
Type the College Code — after 3 characters an autocomplete list of matching colleges appears. When you leave (blur) the field, the code is validated against the college database and the College Name is auto-filled in green, or an error is shown in red if the code is not found.
The officer name fields are provided so the responsible officers appear on the register header. If a name is left blank, that line is left empty on the sheet to be filled by hand. For a complete printed register, enter both names before downloading.
If the code is not found, an error message appears in red and the college name is cleared. Double-check the code against your records and re-enter it. If the correct code still does not resolve, the college may not be present in the master database — contact the administrator.
Clicking Download generates a PDF stock register headed with the college details, stream, and officer names, containing the register rows for answer book stock entries. It is ready to print and use at the examination centre.
