Bundle Slip

A bundle slip is the official sheet attached to a bundle of answer scripts at an examination centre. It records the bundle's key particulars — subject, bundle number, number of sub-bundles, and number of scripts — so answer booklets can be tracked and handed over correctly for valuation.

The generated sheet provides spaces for the subject, bundle number, number of sub-bundles, and number of scripts in the bundle, along with the pre-printed college details. These are filled in for each answer-script bundle prepared at the centre.

The generated PDF includes two bundle slip copies on the sheet, separated for printing and use. One copy is typically attached to the bundle and the other retained as a record, matching the standard duplicate-slip process for answer script handling.

The bundle slip is a blank sheet that only needs to be headed with the correct examination centre. On entering the college code, the college name is looked up automatically and printed on the slip. The individual bundle particulars are then written in by hand on each printed slip.

Type the College Code — after 3 characters an autocomplete list of matching colleges appears. When you leave (blur) the field, the code is validated against the college database and the College Name is auto-filled in green, or an error is shown in red if the code is not found. You can manually correct the name if required.

The bundle details are filled on paper. This tool generates a blank, correctly headed PDF slip; you print it and record each bundle's subject, bundle number, sub-bundles, and script counts by hand. This matches the manual process used at examination centres for answer script bundles.

If the code is not found, an error message appears in red and the college name is cleared. Double-check the code against your records and re-enter it. If the correct code still does not resolve, the college may not be present in the master database — contact the administrator.

Clicking Download generates a PDF headed with the college details and containing two bundle slip copies. It is ready to print and use for answer script bundles at the examination centre.
